Next WvW special week idea: no downstate and 25% to max health/15% damage

An idea I had for next wvw week where everyone would get a universal buff that grants them 25% bonus health and 15% to damage. But with downstate to compensate (and just because no downstate is better).

Edited: forgot to add damage modifier to my suggestion.

Isn't it supposed to be +25% bonus health and -15% damage?

I'd rather it be 3 tiers, with a different bonus health percentage for each size health pool.

How about a https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Protective_Spirit event, where everyone has that permanent for 1 week ? I mean why go for half broke ! :p

Why do we want MORE power/health creep?

no downed state and +25% HP yes, but no buff to damage, that makes no sense.

If you're going to introduce a "more HP" week, give everyone an equal vitality boost. No sense on screwing over the classes with 11k to benefit the inherently tanky classes with 19k. They're already doing that with some of the runes.I'd be all for a trying out a week (or even a weekend) that gave everyone 10k more health but halved the effectiveness of healing.[hashtag]MakeCurrentHPMatterAgain
