The RX560 is better than Vega 11 but that leaves you with a quad core CPU which isn't bad but with GW2 running don't bother multi tasking very much. Meanwhile the Ryzen is better due to its' 8 threads, especially in modern games and CPU related tasks.If you can strecth a bit and make it RX560 + Ryzen 5 2400G, that would be the optimal choice. It may sound a bit of a waste to buy a dedicated graphics card rather than use the not too shabby integrated one, but those 8 threads can help quite much these days.
