Are you using it on the buy.guildwars2.com website?Have you tried creating a new account, and using the code? Note that it cannot be used to buy the ultimate edition and that the code can only be used once per account regardless of whether the purchase succeeds or not. Countess.3267 Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Ok, I was going to echo your problem, but worse, I couldn't find the promo code box (for others, it's a hypertext link below your listed items). The promo code is case sensitive. I got the error message when I put in "Blackfriday50". The code should be "BlackFriday50", with a capital F. Try that. I hope it helps.
