For some reason the baby animal minis are associated with Spring, so it will probably be back when they do the big gem store change-over in March or April. Which IMO isn't ideal because you have to open up to 20 black lion chests to get it, but it's an option.But if that doesn't work for you I recommend waiting as it will almost certainly be available another way at some point in the future.
