mini polar bear cub when is it coming back in the gem store

I want the mini polar bear cub but its never in the gem store

All the baby animal minis are classed as 'spring' items for some reason, so it will probably return around March when they swap the gem store over to spring/summer items.

But it's also currently available for 20 black lion statuettes. Not ideal, because you have to open up to 20 black lion chests to get them, but it's an option.
