Courageous Return/Tome of Courage/Tenacious Defense

This is something that should have been changed with these changes, when you consider that the Tomes have all had their CD's (with the Tome of Courage getting the longest time change both in total time of its new cool down and the total time that was added to the original CD), add to that the change to Courageous Return now only reducing the CD by 10 seconds instead of giving it a complete recharge (which while not something I find to be great it at least does seem to make sense being as the trait was only a Minor Master), but what I fail to understand is that Tenacious Defense has not been changed in any way being as it is a Grand Master trait but all it gives you for that is a reduction in CD of Virtue of Courage by 1 second per attack successfully blocked by Aegis and this trait which has no other benefits to it is competing against Altruistic Healing or Monk's Focus both of which are much more useful compared to Tenacious Defense.
