anyone else not able to connect to game after last patch today?

This happens every single time a new patch is released. The initial update is fine I can play then when another update comes up i get it then i cant connect to the game anymore. Any tricks to fix this??? Error Code: 42:0:9001:4402

I have exactly the same problem. But I could login yesterday and even some hours ago. After closing the client for doing some stuff at home and trying to get back in it no longer works. I'm stuck with the same 42:0:9001:4402 now.

My assumption is that it has something to do with the authentication, after my ip may have changed, because no one else (except you and me) seems to have this issue.

I actually found this info in a different post and it worked so give it a shot.open command prompt (windows, find cmd)

type the below :ipconfig /flushdns

close command prompt, restart gw2 app.
