They might have fixed the bug but forgot to re-enable to trait client side for the build that just got released. Either that or it's just completely broken. zencow.3651 Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 It states that it heals every second but there's also a cooldown of 4 seconds, so does it just heal once every 4 seconds or is it just healing you 485 + (0.15) healing power per upkeep point per second (completely OP god mode)?
