More beetle races and toolkit to build race track

So the beetle races are super coolbut now I want more!
Also it would be cool to have a toolkit that gives the players the ability to build a race track in the maps. What I mean is the option to place those blue rings to set up different routes for the beetles and why not, all the other mounts.It would be cool to be able to also build them on the water for the skimmers.

While they will probably never let players create such things in public maps, there have been plenty of requests for making this possible in the guild halls.The racing track decorations were an awesome start and I love those, but making a real race/timetrial in the guildhall with all race functions would be so much more awesome :)
