Suggestion: Change Superior Rune Of Chronomancer to give alacrity duration

Currently Superior Rune of Chronomancer gives precision and quickness to self upon casting a well as 2nd, 4th and 6th tier bonuses. As of now, we still don't have any runes that specifically give alacrity duration while we have such runes of almost every other boon.So, Kitty suggests the tiers to be changed to(2) +10% Alacrity Duration(4) +20% Alacrity Duration(6) +20% Alacrity Duration. Gain 2 seconds of Alacrity when you cast a well.

This change would also bring those runes thematically more in line with Chronomancer and benefit chronomancer the most (power dps/alacritybot hybrid) while being just a tiny bit less effective on their other main user: the dps/alacritybot hybrid renegade (power or condi) which would become a considerably more viable option.

Currently Superior Rune of Chronomancer sees almost 0 use as it directly competes with Runes of Infiltration, Spellbreaker and Mesmer, all of which are way superior choices in essentially every situation. Due to change to Signet of Inspiration they're also essentially useless to chronomancer itself as you can't share that quickness anymore which was the only remote use for chronomancer runes prior to latest balance patch.

Now that you mention it, it would be a good idea to have even one rune that improves alacrity. Even though chronomancer got, in my opinion, justified nerfs in the Wintersday update, having an alacrity rune would benefit the specialization.

I agree that rune of the chronomancer is lackluster when compared to other runes. 2 seconds of quickness when you cast a well is just terrible, not to mention that it's only given to the user. So yes, it would be nice if rune of chronomancer is the only rune that increases alacrity duration. Thanks for the suggestions, Kitty.

Why ?At the end of the day it's a boon so it doesn't matter unless you can1) Overcap specific durations (we can't)2) Have a uniquely stronger version (they do but even that is underwhelmning)

This leads to general Boon Duration runes being more valuable overall as they effect more than 1 thing.

This change would mainly bring dps renegades into viable alacritybot options since normal 25% isn't quite enough for that without paying a heavy opportunity cost. Especially power dps/alacritybot renegade would become a really decent option instead of its current non-existence with this small change.

They are already viable alacrity bots without this rune that would just be released into dead space.
