Making a new Mesmer

Hello everyone. I am basically a returning, but still new player. I have an 80 ranger, but I have never done a dungeon or anything other than solo open world map exploration and completion. So, no experience. I have settled on Mesmer to play through and use as a main. I have both expansions and would like to focus on end game pve. I would like some advice on what to focus on while leveling. A lot of the builds are for level 80, so I assume they focus on different things other than solo leveling? Thanks for any help!

Snowcrows is not always up to date with the patches, so I wouldn't totally rely on it. As a matter of fact, none of the websites I go for to look for builds are updated atm. Keep an eye on snowcrows.com, but also check metabattle.com (more variety of builds and for game modes other than raids). There's an Europeean site which also provides full builds, however focused on fractals instead of raids, it's called discretize.eu. I hope that helps!
