theory on rotation for reaper.

you mean 4? I start to do 1 x3 times for quickness, then 4. I duno I don't see difference. Why on earth they removed chill crits in PVE and that damage over 50% LF I don't understand. Maybe one of the Anet devs can give us a rotation to hit 31k damage?What were the reasons for nerfs in PVE?I'm doing 3,1, 4 now but dunno.

I dunno if its possible or not to hit 31k, I was trying to find out the rotation with the new changes, since with quickness it seems more than likely to spam something over and over, considering quickness.

In Raids, it felt like a nerf due to already having access to Quickness through Firebrands or Chronomancers.In PvE, it was definitely a buff to being able to keep consistent Quickness in solo content.In WvW, it wasn't too much of a change from what I've seen; nice for solo roaming.In PvP, it was a significant change to how Reaper is able to function in matches in comparison to the old Blighter's Boon build.
