Ok I Did It.2854
Hey, So today i got a Glyph of Volatility ( Unused ) from a black lion chest, but the description on the item saysRewards bonus unbound magic while gathering, in addition to the gathering results, I do not want to use this glyph as it, as i have no use for unbound magic, the wiki says it should be volatile magic not unbound, https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Glyph_of_VolatilityHas anyone else ran into this problem before i contact support, https://imgur.com/S9zixKR
Aaralyna.3104
I think its a translation error in the tooltip. Glyph of Volatility should indeed give Volatile magic. The glyph that gives unbound magic is called glyph of the unbound.Source: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Glyph_(upgrade)
Inculpatus cedo.9234
If you remove it from the container, you will find the actual Glyph has the correct tool-tip, and does grant Volatile Magic. There's been a few posts about the tool-tip error, so no real need to contact the CS Team (who will only direct you to post in the 'Bugs' sub-forum, anyway). Khisanth.2948
It's just an error in the unopened one's description. The glyph itself works fine.
