bug with sand swell in PvP

I've seen this a few times and i think it's easily repeatable. If you use sand swell and right as your coming out of the end of it you use ghastly breach, the portal part of sand swell disappears and you cant return to your previous location. In fact the portal ceases to exist and none of your team can use it either. I have done it multiple times in and out of a game, and i know that you can wait a small period of time, use ghastly breach and then use the portal again. So maybe its something like the elite is canceling the skill after the teleport but before the portal appears.
