Physical skills underwater

I know this may be unpopular, but I love underwater combat as do our Guildies (we specialise in underwater combat) ? but I would love to see warrior having physical skill access while under water.

So currently I am running a physical warrior who runs bulls charge, stomp etc. on land.

What I dislike is that when I go under water (btw a under water trait selection to auto change to would be great so I don't have to spend time swapping things around) that I have no physical skills to use in 7-9 and 0.

Necromancer had their flesh golem upgraded so it changes to a shark so they have more minons underwater, so I was wondering why bulls charge doesn't change to something like "sharks charge" or something. This would improve the amount of CC skills warriors have underwater for a start as I currently have 4 with the spear and the burst (from what I can remember).

On the other side, and this is the most amusing bit, I cannot use the "Kick" skill in my utilities under water. But if I enter a fallen state, I have a kick skill as my number 2. Is my charecter so incapable of kicking something under water unless they are dieing?? ?

TL;DR - I want to use physical skills under water, esspcially kick as I can kick things when fallen but not when fighting normally.

I would also like to see, like how you can set your under water skills from Hero Panel, setting traits for under water combat.

I agree with all your points. I hope to see UW updated with all utilities usable on every class. The last update they did to UW was a good first step.

I'm not sure, but didn't they set it up so you could pick underwater skills while on land, you just have to toggle something? Or is that just that you can now see what they are ...

You are correct you can set your UW skills while on land from hero panel.

Here's the patch note:

The skill bar in the Build tab of the Hero panel has been reworked so that players can now see and change their aquatic healing, utility, and elite skills, even when they are not underwater. Similarly, this change also applies to terrestrial skills while underwater. Players can also now change their character skills through this panel while mounted.

Yeh you can do skills, but traits still need to be set manually, which makes it an awful time consuming exercise. You are about to give into water to help your friend, but then you have to change traits, then jump in. Then before coming out of water, change traits again for land ?
