Jimbru.6014 Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 If Diviner gear turns out to be the same stats in PVE as it is in PVP -- Power and Conc major, Precision and Ferocity minor -- I would expect it to replace Commander gear as the meta for hybrid boon builds. A full set of Diviner + Leadership runes can break 100% boon duration while still providing a useful amount of power DPS. Glass Cannon Boons, basically.
