scourge - no movement speed very frustrating

if you need movement speed you need 1. equip rune of the traveller or 2. signet of the locust 3. trait blood magic then equip a dagger - i dont want to do this at all - trait line blood magic [vampiric rituals][unholy martyr][transfusion] totally useless when equiping scourge skills 6-10 -- i use runes of the undead - weapon set 1 [scepter/torch]- would like to use staff as weapon set 2 but then i have to do everything in slow motion due to no movement speed -- is there any other way to get 25% increase in movement speed? - why can all superior runes not have a minimum boon of +25% movement speed this would allow us to equip any weapon/trait line/rune we want to?

It's almost like they added mounts to the game...

You have all of those choices, with a few utilities, warhorn - you could even swap them out between fights.. or just use a mount. Quite a few choices - Guardian doesn't even have that.

For simple speed boosts, Necro has plenty.

Mounts will solve this issue or if you´re talking about ms in fights then we have three/four abilities to solve that issue as well.If you mean, the necro has low mobilitiy then, I agree completely.
