What are the cheapest and best food/utilities for Leveling!

What are the best and easily available in TP for leveling? Both food and utilities, thanks!

EDIT: just be careful that the food/enhancement you use is level appropriate. Some require a certain minimum level.

Utility:Most utilities give the same +10 % Experience, some give no Experience gain from kills. Talking about costs only, you are probably best with a Potion of Grawl Slaying which is barely 5 copper. You will probably find cheaper utility foods on TP. Talking about the effect, well when leveling most people focus on power damage until the good traits are unlocked, so you can stick to the sharpening stones from Weaponsmith. Just pick the cheapest suitable to your level. Especially in the lower levels, the effect does not matter much, so you can always go with the cheaper version.
