Inscriptions and Insignias

I would like to request that you, Arenanet, normalize the acquisition of inscriptions and insignia's. It's getting hard to track where to get everything and some are unique and difficult to acquire (cannot craft). I understand there's probably a plan in place to release the new insignia's with meta events or the start of living story but I'm not just speaking to only PoF inscriptions/insignia's. A prime example is Seraph insignia's/inscriptions. You can only acquire them from the Lake Doric vendor to my understanding. Why can't that be an expensive recipe instead?

I just want to be able to be able to figure out how and where to acquire some interesting stat choice I never use without needing to use the wiki or some other third party website like Dulfy. It doesn't seem like that should be necessary for something of this nature.
