I go to the page where they say to download, but all i see is this https://www.deltaconnected.com/arcdps/x64/. I click on them but nothing happens cept a page pops up https://www.deltaconnected.com/arcdps/x64/arcdps.ini. Im dumb so someone tell me do i paste that into my GW2 file?
