cele/hybrid p/d

wanted to play a bit of p/d condi or hybrid(cele) does this weapon set stiill work or does the share condi cleansers people run kinda make this build obsolete ?

From my experience, no reason to go cele on a thief since their damage is very specialized.

Cele is garbage without might stacking. That said, Deadeye has decent might stacking capability so it might be viable on that. But the other problem is that the base duration on p/d's conditions is pretty bad so you need to fit in a balance of boon/condi duration somehow.
