Tale of Plenty problem

Seems that in the first days of PoF i got the item but deleted it, i cant find it anywhere in my bank and in my inventory but i have the tale of plenty unlocked in the achievement. But now i got the problem of not being able of getting the blessing of plenty from Elisa. I have redone the events where you can get the tale of plenty but it doesnt drop for me anymore so i'm pretty much stuck on that achievement
