Escort/Runes of ... /Elite collectins all bugged?

So the issues with the Funeral Procession being bugged out and only rarely competable are well known.

But now, on my second elite collection, I found a second bugged out escort quest for a Rune recipe. Why are these all bugged? The Escort for Explorer Jeppa / Expurgation collection is also bugged out beyond all reason. I found her dead and revived her above the Choya heart. We got 3 of 4 supplies above and to the west and then she teleported half way across the map, and insta-died at the Northeast corner of the Salt Flats and there was no way to revive her before the timer ended.

Please fix. Progress blocked.

She teleported from Windshear Scarps (the dolyak / supply node) to Awakened Garrison.
