Let us sell junk to vendors that has no other value

There are a number of items in the game that can't be sold to vendors, are worthless on the trading post, come in such numbers that we have plenty for crafting (and aren't used in crafting so much anyway) and which are at this point doing nothing but taking up inventory space. These items include Eye of Kormir and Congealed Putrescence. Please let us sell these at vendors for something, even a few copper, otherwise we are literally deleting them as fast as we get them because they have no value whatsoever.

I've long advocated that everything (that can be safely destroyed) should have a vendor value. For a lot of things, 1c is fine (e.g. account bound recipes). For things that we collect in bulk, it might be more like 1c per stack (e.g. Dragonite Ore or Eyes of Kormir).

This eliminates the need for more eaters without accidentally adding any meaningful gold faucets. And it serves as a modest Quality of Life improvement.
