Getting Self Style Hair Kit In Chest despite having Permanent Contract: Solution

One year I was VERY lucky to find a Permanent Hair Stylist Contract in a Black Lion Chest. You better believe I kept that and use it frequently. However, I keep getting Hair Stylist Kits out of other chests I open. I can't sell them. Using them is pointless, and it's a complete disappointment when it drops.
My Suggestion: Have it not drop for people with an account bound Hair Stylist Contract. Or, make it so that it can be turned in to a Black Lion Statuette.

Anyway, thank you for reading this. I hope it gains some traction. I know I am not the only one with this problem. I also know of people who get the Hair Kit and just don't want it. Being able to trade it for a statuette would bring added value to this particular drop and make the Black Lion Chest that much more desirable.
