We have around thirty members, most of whom are trainees at the moment but are gaining experience rapidly via two weekly training runs. Our guild has two end games for endgame: 1. to develop a competent pool of raiders (either through training or through recruitment) comfortable with clearing every boss every week, and 2. to organize and maintain a competition ready group with the goal of competing in timed raid competitions (ERP and ARP, hosted by Mighty Teapot for example).We recognize that in order to secure the future of raids in our game, we need to interested and train "casual" players. The larger the number of people doing raids, the more resources will be devoted to developing more challenging content. As such there is opportunity in VV for any who would like to train the next generation of raiders. All you need is experience in multiple roles (dps and boons/heals of some type), knowledge and experience with doing special mechanics (Sabetha cannons/throwers, pushing Rigom on Samarog, Dhuum greens, etc), a fixed schedule so people can sign up and train with you regularly, and patience with those who are brand new to raiding.The guild is primarily active from 4pm EST through 1am EST, but I am on until 4-5am EST regularly.
