Can we get " dodge game " fuction ?

u know in League once u see some meme champion u don't need to goddam play it out. u can just dodge it.

this issue is so big on NA server. ( EU plat not so much )

so many people even in plat playing random builds and they are actually bad at it but NA ladder is such a joke that anybody can be plat so.

so i don't have to put up with these bullcrap na scrapper / weaver / etc
