BLIKSEM DOOD.2176 Posted October 1, 2017 Share Posted October 1, 2017 i find many utility consumables that buff concentration but only ONE that buffs expertise [furious tuning crystal] - and if you dont have a decent amt of precision you sure are out of luck - can we not get at least one more that is not too expensive and that is a % of your toughness or vitality?
