Special Action abilities conflicting

In Thunderhead Peaks, If you have the Light of Deldrimor buff you cannot use Spears outside of the east barricade area, the spear buff changes into the LoD buff. I also read several times in Map chat that people with the Spear buff could not turn the reassembled parts to Steelstar to get the first plate until they logged or went WP'd to lose the spears.

Also PLZ fix the fact that 90% of the time you cannot mount a roller beetle in the area of History's End, The mount renders under the terrain and immobilizes you.

yeah i'm not sure why they changed the LoD buff to "until reset." 45 minutes seems fine to me (30 was the original length). Taking a new person through and typing out all the mechanics... maybe 25 minutes.
