Pistol 5 - Rework maybe?

I like using pistol on engi but it seems that the 5 skill is so slow that by time it lands enemy is already out of that radius.Plus has no damage to it.Would like to know what other engis think.

I don't mind the lack of damage. But the delay created by the animation is problematic as far as I'm concerned. I wish it was a bit faster or it lasted a bit longer as most of the time if I catch someone they are gone shortly after I stop them.

And if it does land, it only lasts .. what, 2 seconds assuming they don't immediately cleanse it instantly? It could at least reapply a couple times like Ancient Seeds.

It's one of those things I use and feel bad about and wonder if I would have been better off just auto-attacking them instead .. and the pistol auto is TERRIBLE. I basically only use it as a desperate attempt at cover condi if I've got nothing else up.

Pistol 5 should grant slow on anybody it hits. Seems right, cuz it's glue.

Maybe not slow as this affects skills as well but cripple duration as well as imob replenished while within it would be appropriate. The cripple is enough.
