This was originally supposed to be a rare infusion amulet which would drop from the Verdant Brink meta, giving us a complete set of HoT infusions (bar Dragon Stand). I find it strange that while the Auric Basin infusion was eventually added, nobody decided to add the Verdant Brink one.
