Add Conjure Heal Skill?

Im thinking of something similar to engi med kit, but with a cd. Would adding this make support ele better? I think it would make the spec more interesting by giving it something to do other than spam tempest water overload and auras. Maybe make it give some group stab/aegis so the build can compete for the secondary support spot in wvw groups.
