So about those Unbreakable Unbound Tools..

I have read that the sickle has a unique thing going on where it harvests 3 times so it works well with Glyph Of Bounty. Sure enough it worked as described. I use volatile magic glyphs on my axe and pickaxe but i noticed that you actually get more than usual when placed on your mining beam (from 3-9 each strike). im not sure if this is considered a bug or exploit since the sickle has a unique thing going on as well. I just wanna know so i can stop using it asap.

The unbound tools farm more on one strike because they channel almost as long as a normal tool. This is how they are intended to work.

That doesn't make any sense.

They give more because the channeling time is almost as long? That would mean they give more while also gathering faster.

They are intended to yeild 3 strikes on one cast. This is normal. The animation take about as long as three strikes from say the molten sickle.

Ahhh ty for clearing it out for me. Well as long as its intended I won't feel as paranoid haha. Ty.
