Your balance is a disgrace, your rangers are hitting 10k autos from +1800 range, your deadeyes can be permanently invis WITH A SINGLE TRAIT, your mesmers can one shot from stealth, your warriors can be immune to power damage for +12 seconds, scourges make the entire floor a death zone, and a single guardian can instantly rez someone from downstate. We have all of this cancer and you decide to throw mounts into it?!? Can't wait to have blobs travelling at 80mphs and instantly responding to anything half way across the map.

It sounds like you think there is way too much damage and stealth going around , and I agree with that. But I don’t think the people who worked on this mount had anything to do with the balance team

I honestly don't think you will be able to get the mount unless you are somewhere in the neighbourhood of 5000+ WvW rank - and with all the World Ability Points saved up.

Like the minimum rank on gliding that does not exist?

They want to push PoF and Gemstore sales. That will be accessible from start.

probably a whole bunch of 100 Ability points which is honestly nothing.
