If you're looking for crotch flap coats, light armour would be your best bet. Acolyte (the male version) seems very similar asthetically.

Perhaps a bit of mix and matching (and correct dye choices) might or might not help. I imagine the trim for the top coat would be red, while the coat would be a white or celestial. The boots would be some kind of black while the pants would be a grey.

As for the hairstyle... well, there aren't many long hairstyles to begin with (especially not for sylvari, who would probably be the most likely choice because of the pale and spiky aesthetic)

His traditional samurai armor would be a much more interesting addirion imo.

Buccaneer armor comes close if you take off the hat. Comes with extra knives. A lot of them.

Sylvari males have an exclusive hairstyle (requiring a kit) that comes surprisingly close.
