Forum reactions only visible when logged in

I'm not sure if this is a bug or deliberately configured this way. I usually browse the forum without logging in, unless I want to actually write a comment. I recently noticed that, when not logged in, I cannot see the reactions (helpful, thumbs up) on forum posts. The number is only visible if I could click to add my own reaction to the post. And that link is - rightfully - not available when logged out.
