Weaver's "Mud Slide" dual-attack skill doesn't affect an enemy if it's too close to the caster.

Have tested it just now on target golems on the "Heart of the Mists" map. I'm providing video captures depicting the issue via urls to 3rd-party file sharing service (as I don't see any ways to upload it here).

Pre-conditions:

  1. Weaver e-spec is enabled
  2. Dagger / dagger is used for weapons
  3. Action camera mode is enabled (Autotargetting, Retargetting options are on); not necessarily related to action camera, I'm just playing in it all the time; probably will be the same for regular control scheme anyway

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Approach the target as close as possible
  2. Switch to water/earth and cast the "Mud Slide" while aiming directly at the target

First video shows the case when the skill functions properly:https://www.dropbox.com/s/34jx4kvt7gkj6yo/part1-valid_distance.mp4?dl=0Note the substantial distance between the player's character and the 1st target in the row (it's actually can be placed a bit closer, and skill will still work as expected)

Next videos shows how the skill fails to drop the first golem twice in a row if caster gets too close to it; it's not only about applying knock down state to it - it's completely unaffected, doesn't even take any damage:https://www.dropbox.com/s/jck5oc5u2oklrl7/part2-too_close.mp4?dl=0

Expected result:

The first target must be affected by the attack despite how close it's to attacker (until still within maximum range of the skill). As neither skill's description in game, nor in wiki mentions there is any minimal distance to the target, I assume it's a bug.
