Mainhand #3 "dual" skill on other sets.

Anet, please consider adding a dual skill for mainhand #3 on other weaponsets (mainhand sword(stab),dagger(twisting fang)) and also a trigger for both offhand ranged/melee hits.edit, for sword, it is normal operation until triggered by offhand so as not to interfere with flanking strike/larcenous though this might be troublesome afterall and better left alone. dagger on the otherhand, I think may be possible to look at
