I don't know enough about the GW1 mapping to get specific, but I think the first map expansion is likely to be east of Oasis, into the branded areas. That's what the epilogue seems to hint at. I also suspect that they might make some content linking up Ebonhawk (although not likely maps filling that whole region).

Considering the first view we have of him moving, the place with the domes, is a view overlooking Vehtendi Academy from the SE, we then can tell that Kralkatorrik is flying to the west.

The dragon is flying NW - he is going to Janthir's Bay to play Marco Polo with Bubbles (who has moved from the Unending Ocean to a more exotic place).

anywhere, I haven't quite figured out which way kralkatorrik flew (probably further south) so anywhere south of Vabbi (Kourna, Istani, etc).I do hope we get more desolation, though, I feel like Palawa Joko has not yet had his 'real' screentime.

Confirmed it was generally south from vabbi
