[Suggestion] Expand instance area in Old LA for personal story

I was doing part of the personal story on one of my characters in LA and it gave me an idea. In all personal story segments that take place in pre-destruction Lion's Arch expand the instance zone to include the whole map so new players have a chance to explore it and old players get a chance to revisit it on alternate characters.
