Barrier from Harbinger Shroud does not proc Abrasive Grit

On the new Harbinger Shroud from the Herald of Sorrow trait, there are two instances which Barrier is applied, the first on activation only applies to the caster, and the second on detonation that applies Barrier to allies within range of the Shroud and the caster.

However while the first Barrier does proc Abrasive Grit, the second from detonation does NOT proc Abrasive Grit.
