Retaliation on a Celestial Guardian

Hi everyone,

I'm experimenting a bit with Celestial since I find it the golden middle path between game modes for casual game play. I was wondering if anyone tried to go with it into WvW / PvP and toy around with Retaliation builds and how viable they found it. Since Celestial only produces around 2k power and Retaliation's dmg output is based on power of the source who gave it I'm wondering is it an option to even consider on anything else than high power builds?
