Can torch 5 cleanse fire be added into rotation now?

I tried myself but feel like it is still not strong enough, and if add it in a condi firebrand dps routation it will be a mess. How do you guys think? Is it still useless?or just I didn’t find a good way to do it

The only use is against pack of mobs with condi build.

I imagine the situation for a condi firebrand during which f1 tome and RF are on cooldown, you just placed scepter symbol 2 and torch 4 (both skill and traited) are on cooldown, then it actually would be a dps increase to use torch 5 if there are 2+ enemies you'd be striking. Don't think I'll get around to testing this but I recall this to be the case even before the patch for 3+ enemies in front of you

Use it if you need to use it, don't be tied down to what a "meta" thinks as the only way to play anything

I use it a lot. It hammers out damage in open world stuff and cleanses conditions. If you need to hit a lot of mobs quickly, torch 5, arc your mouse around to hit as many mobs as possible, throw in a few flame mantras and then hit F1 for nuke mode.
