God-Slayer Bow Pack

So I started getting really into thief last year and after going through the wardrobe there was really only one shortbow skin I like. I've been checking the gem store daily waiting for the God-Slayer Bow Pack to return. In the past 6 or so months, I've seen nearly every weapon skin Anet sells come and go multiple times, yet the God-Slayer bows have yet to make an appearance. Is this item tied to some yearly event, or does Anet just put things up randomly with no thought about what has or hasn't been for sale recently? If by some miracle a dev happens to see this, I want to give you my money so please allow me to do so.

It's mostly random. Keep an eye on the sales this month. It might pop up. There's a thread that keeps track of the sales here and someone on the Reddit sub usually makes a post. I'll try to find the post and edit it in.
