Game crashes upon entering the server, hair textures inverted, general lag on character select

As soon as I enter the game server, it closes. From what I can tell, it loads up fine, but outside of that, I have no idea.

When I'm on the character select screen the hair textures are inverted, as in the back hair is over the face, but inside out. I don't know if that means the head texture is screwed up, or I'm doing something, or what.

The character select screen just lags to high heaven, I figured it'll correct itself eventually, but after like 5 tries one after the other, it has yet to.

You could try a -repair of the client. Instructions found in the Knowledge Base, accessed via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Search - Repair'.
