[pvp] bow of troof

so currently its bugged; it only gives 10 hits of heal instead of listed 15, and it isn't effected by healing modifiers. if they were both fixed it would become grossly overpowered, hopefully anet doesn't do this... ya never know tho lol. anyways, say it kept its 10 hits and got the modifiers part fixed, would you guys use it? I think it would be a pretty strong addition. with menders and +50% heals, each use would give 6k. pretty good imo!

What do you mean modifiers don't apply to it? I use it on my heal FB and am 100% certain that its healing changes whenever I get more healing power
