Redfeather.6401
Hello everyone,I was having issues with the game hanging and from toubleshooting learned how to run the diagnostic for GW2. The report it generated is something I don't know how to interpret as I am not very tech savvy. Is there anyone that can help me? Is it okay to post such information as it has IP addresses in it? Inculpatus cedo.9234
Yes, it is fine to post. It should show where there are packet losses, and that's where you will have connection issues.

Inculpatus cedo.9234
Looks like Rogers is an internet service provider. If that is your ISP, then you would need to contact them, and show them the results.I see packet loss at the Tier 1 Backbone (Telia), as well; that's often a problem area. You can ask your ISP to contact them, as well.Good luck.
Redfeather.6401
Thank you for helping me to confirm the issue. It's good to know that I don't have to keep searching my computer and modem for anything that could be the cause. It was driving me crazy looking at everything on my computer and with the modem and wondering if it could be the culprit.
