OutOfOrder.3719
I play primarily Blood Scourge, but figured this question applies to any class that may take some healing power .Is the Revive rate for rezzing an ally increased by taking additional healing power? In the example of a blood Scourge with Sage amulet, clearly, the additional healing power grants more barrier to allies. But I am trying to determine if I even need to take Sage amulet if the revive rate for rezzing an ally is not influenced by healing power.I tried checking wiki, but it wasn't as clear as I hoped. OutOfOrder.3719
Thank you! Looks like I can keep taking full offensive amulets and still run blood magic .Good to know that healing power does not impact revival speed.
rng.1024
However if you activate a trait or skill that revives someone a health % each tick, the pulses are affected by healing modifiers. These do not apply when you ress manually, but wells and such will increase the healing per tick. With healing modifiers I mean everything that give "x% outgoing healing" and such, like Superior Rune of the Monk, Elementalist's trait "Aquatic Benevolence", certain foods in PvE and so on. Not the stat healing power though, that's only used to heal players who are not in downstate.Source:https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Revival
