[Bug] Mursaat Overseer Protect does not work on Downstate

Yesterday I raided with my group and we were at Mursaat Overseer. At the end someone and I got down in the middle of the group, after the initial down Invauln expiered Protect was cast, everyone of the squad had the buff except the two down peolpe, with died than to the spikes therefor.Exact procedure: get downed -> Downstat invuln expiered -> Protect casted on group and downed -> Spiks come => Result: Group alive, Downed dead
