Kruzak.3076
Hello!I'm thinking about getting back to GW2. I mostly played PVE, because I have never had a rig powerful enough to handle large scale combat. I'm considering Lenovo Legion Y530 with following specs:Intel Core i7-8750H 2.2/4.1GHzNVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 4GB VRAM16GB RAM (2x8GB) DDR4 2666MHzSSDWill it be enough to enjoy WvW without issues? My budget is $1000. Aaralyna.3104
I have no issues playing on my laptop (with a cool pad below and I play on low settings as I am scared of burning my laptop tho it can handle lil higher graphics) in any mode (crowded with ppl or not). Ofcourse FPS will drop when mass amount of players with effects but I have seen no frame crawls and hangs. I'm using (I'm not tecchie so just copying what my laptop says and I can find :P ):HP Pavilion Laptop with Win 10 Home 64 bitIntel Core i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80 GHz (8CPUs) , ~ 2.8 GHz8GB RAM MemoryNVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 4GB VRAMThe game's minimum requirements are:https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/201862958-Minimum-System-Requirements
Stand The Wall.6987
unless youre gonna be on the road a lot, its much better to play modern games on a regular desktop. cooling will always be an issue for laptops.
